JIPSTA REIGNITES THE DANCE FLOOR WITH DOUBLE EP RELEASE FOR LEAD SINGLE “I’M THAT TYPE OF GUY” on Swishcraft Music
Global Remix Heavyweights Join Forces for the Definitive Club and Radio Packages from the Hit Album *LL COOL JP
Staten Island, NY — October 13, 2026 — Following the successful September launch of his high-energy album LL COOL JP, queer hip-hop trailblazer Jipsta returns today with a massive double-EP rollout for the project’s standout lead single, “I’m That Type of Guy.”
Available now on all digital platforms, Jipsta has delivered two distinct collections designed to dominate both the airwaves and the global club scene: “I’m That Type of Guy: The Remixes” and “I’m That Type of Guy: The Radio Edits.”
The Remixes: A Global Dance Floor Takeover
The Club Remix EP features an elite roster of the world’s top remix producers and DJs, reimagining Jipsta’s signature wit and rapid-fire flow into high-octane floor-fillers. This powerhouse collection includes contributions from Silver Bluff vs. Giuseppe D., Chris Cox, Robbie Carrigan, Twisted D., Ranny, and DADDIES HOME! (the dynamic duo of Tommy Marcus and Matt Consola)
From peak-hour Bass House and tech-house infusions, to Nu-Disco & Funky House, the remix package cements Jipsta’s position as a bridge between the grit of New York hip-hop and the neon energy of the global dance community.
About the Single
“I’m That Type of Guy” serves as the centerpiece of the album *LL COOL JP*. True to the album’s theme, the track is a playful, queer-centric flip on classic hip-hop aesthetics. It blends nostalgia with modern electronic production, creating a sound that Jipsta describes as “the intersection of the boombox era and the modern-day circuit party.” “I’m That Type of Guy” will be followed by single “Big Ole Butt” as well as a special edition Silver Bluff vs. Giuseppe D Remix version if the LL COOL JP album.
Availability
Both the Club Remix EP and the Radio Edits EP are available today, October 13, 2026, on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and major DJ pools.
